Mission Statement

75th Field Artillery Brigade Holistic Health and Fitness is a team of teams built on mutual trust and unified partnerships, providing education, training and clinical treatments for overall Soldier and Brigade readiness. We utilize trained and empathetic Leaders within and outside the brigade to be force multipliers creating an inviting and safe space for Diamond Team members to optimize Soldier readiness and performance.

Like all Army Wellness Centers, the Ft. Sill AWS offers six Core Programs:

  1. A health assessment review
  2. Physical fitness assessment and exercise prescription tailored to each client
  3. Nutrition education includes resting metabolic rate measurement and total energy expenditure calculation to determine your caloric needs
  4. Stress management includes biofeedback utilizing "Quick Coherence"
  5. General wellness education
  6. Tobacco education

The Ready & Resilient (R2) Performance Team:

  • Provides training and resources to enhance resilience and optimize performance.
  • Educates members of the Army team about the importance of building connections with each other, taking care of one another, and being there to support fellow soldiers.

Available Trainings:

  • H2F Capabilities - This training provides soldiers with integrated instruction on optimizing their health to enhance overall performance and resilience.
  • Alcohol and H2F - This training explains how alcohol use impacts a soldier's readiness to perform and provides strategies on maintaining peak performance.
  • Wellness Day Activities - These day long activities promote physical, mental and emotional well-being, through movement, relaxation, education, and connection.
  • Performance Nutrition - This training educates soldiers how to fuel their bodies with the right nutrients at the right time to minimize injuries and enhance performance while speeding recovery.
  • AFT PMI - This training preps soldiers to meet and exceed AFT Standards by building strength, endurance, and technique across required events.
  • POSE Run Course - This course teaches runners efficient, technique-focused movement patterns that reduce injury risk, and improves speed and endurance and is provided by an outside entity. Coordination is currently underway to bring the team to provide in-person training.
  • E3B Mental Train-Up - Provided by our performance experts at R2PC to enhance mental toughness, mental readiness, and cognitive capabilities of the competitors in E3B.
  • E3B Ruck Progression Education - Educated designed to ensure proper timeline and ruck progression to avoid injuries.
  • Cognitive Performance - In collaboration with our performance experts at R2PC we can provide targeted cognitive performance education and workshops at your place of duty to enhance performance, decrease injury, and prevent mistakes.
