***Carrying Concealed Weapons On Fort Sill Is NOT AUTHORIZED***
FIREARM DECLARATION AND PROOF OF FORT SILL REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AT YOUR GATE OF ENTRY
Anyone wishing to bring or store a Privately Owned Firearm on Fort Sill for authorized legal activities must properly register the firearm. All military members regardless of rank must have the firearms registration form signed by their current unit Commander.
Please fill out all requested information on the registration form accurately and completely.
Please ensure a working phone number is included on the registration form.
The firearm registration process can take up to 7 days to complete. Please take this into consideration when submitting registration requests.
Block 9a and 9b MUST be completed for all military members and their spouses.
All personnel applying for firearm(s) registration are subject to an NCIC background check when picking up their registration form from the Visitor Welcome Center.

Email the completed FS Form 562 form to the address below for processing.

Once complete, a Security Assistant will reach out to you letting you know that your registration is ready for pickup.
