Colonel Christopher D. Roberson, USMC


Colonel Roberson enlisted on 15 May 1990 and subsequently became a Marine at Parris Island, SC. Following infantry school, Col Roberson served as a 0352, ATGM (TOW) gunner with 1st Armored Assault Battalion then 4th Marines at Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan. During this period, he deployed to Operation DESERT STORM. Following the tour with 4th Marines, he served as a Marine Security Guard in China and Costa Rica. After embassy duty, he served as a squad leader, then section leader with TOW Platoon, 1st Marines in Camp Pendleton CA.

Lieutenant Colonel Rogelio Salvador Oregon


LtCol Oregon was born in Los Angeles, CA. He enlisted in the Selected Marine Corps Reserve and completed bootcamp in August 1994 at MCRD San Diego. In January 1998 he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant after earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of California, Irvine. In August 1998 he reported to The Basic School (TBS) in Quantico, VA. Following completion of TBS, LtCol Oregon was designated an Artillery Officer and assigned to 3d Battalion, 11th Marines, 1st Marine Division at Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Center, Twentynine Palms, CA in May 1999, prior to attending Field Artillery Basic Officers Course in Fort Sill, OK.

Sergeant Major John S. Studer


Sergeant Major John S. Studer assumed his current post as the Marine Corps Artillery Detachment Fort Sill Sergeant Major, in August 2019. A native of Humble, Texas, he attended recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, CA, in November 1997. Attended the Marine Corps Cannon Crewman Course and awarded the MOS of 0811.
