Colonel Jarrod W. Stoutenborough, USMC


Colonel Stoutenborough enlisted on 23 September 1993 and graduated recruit training at MCRD San Diego. Following Financial Management School, Colonel Stoutenborough served as a Disbursing Clerk in 3d Force Service Support Group in Okinawa. Through the Enlisted Commissioning Program, he was commissioned in 1995.

Lt Col Kirk R. Steinhorst


Lieutenant Colonel Steinhorst graduated from of the University of Idaho in 2005 with a Public Administration Masters and BA in History. The following year, through the Officer Candidate Course he received a commission in the United States Marine Corps. Upon completion of The Basic School, Lieutenant Colonel Steinhorst attended Field Artillery Basic Officers Course at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma in 2006 and achieved the Military Occupational Specialty of Field Artillery Officer. In 2006, Lieutenant Colonel Steinhorst was assigned to 1st Bn, 12th Marine Regiment, 3d Marine Division aboard Kaneohe Bay Hawaii, where he served as a Forward Observer and Platoon Commander for Battery C, and Battery XO for Battery A. Sergeant Major John S. Studer


Sergeant Major John S. Studer assumed his current post as the Marine Corps Artillery Detachment Fort Sill Sergeant Major, in August 2019. A native of Humble, Texas, he attended recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, CA, in November 1997. Attended the Marine Corps Cannon Crewman Course and awarded the MOS of 0811.
