Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP)
ASAP provides guidance and leadership on non-clinical alcohol and other drug policy issues; developing, establishing, administering, and evaluating alcohol and other drug abuse prevention, education, treatment and testing programs; overseeing the military, Drug Free Federal Workplace and drug testing programs.
ASAP provides Soldiers, commanders, unit prevention leaders (UPL) and all other members of the Army community with an informative, user-friendly environment – here on the Web or in our offices. Those utilizing the site have access to a multitude of information on our treatment program, biochemical testing programs, risk reduction program, suicide prevention program, employee assistance program, alcohol and drug abuse prevention training materials, and general information about our agency.
