Army Multi-Domain Targeting Center Multi Domain Operations
TARGET MENSURATION ONLY (TMO)
Purpose: To train fire support and targeting personnel (including personnel who provide support to the targeting process), advising a supported ground commander, to conduct Target Mensuration Only (TMO) for the effective employment of joint and organic fire support assets.
Phase Scope: To train and certify personnel assigned to fire support and targeting cells (including personnel who provide support to the targeting process), advising a supported ground commander, to conduct Target Mensuration Only (TMO), through a National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) accredited training certification program in accordance with CJCSI 3505.01A, Target Coordinate Mensuration Certification and Program Accreditation, for the employment of joint and organic munitions.
Phase Prerequisites: U.S. Army Active, Reserve, and National Guard, USMC Active and Reserve. E5 through E-9, W-1 through W-5, O-2 through O-5 and authorized civilian equivalents. Currently serving in a Fires Cell from Company through Corps echelons. SECRET security clearance required and verified in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) via a visit request. Soldiers who graduate 250-13F10 Joint Fire Support Specialist, AIT or reclassify into 13F10 after 18 November 2015 will not be able to nor required to attend this functional course.
